Aaron Peterson, O.D.
A native of Minnesota, Dr. Peterson earned a B.S. in Biochemistry at the University of St. Thomas. He then earned his Doctor of Optometry degree at WesternU College of Optometry in Pomona, CA. In optometry school, he was very involved in student government, recruiting, community service and the American Optometric Association. Also during this time, he met his future wife and convinced her to temporarily move to his home town of St. Paul, Minnesota. There he practiced for 7 years, before moving to Ventura County and purchasing Wink Optometry of Westlake. For more than 10 years, he has focused on providing the highest quality of optometric care for his patients. He believes that every patient should leave with a deeper understanding of their eyes. In his spare time, Dr. Peterson loves spending time with his wife, daughter, son, and 2 elderly dogs. He also enjoys cycling, rock climbing, and cheering for his Minnesota Timberwolves.
Steven Henteleff, O.D.
Dr. Henteleff was born and raised in Southern California. He did his undergraduate studies at UCLA, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in biology. He then went on to UC Berkeley to receive his Doctor of Optometry degree with honors. He has been in private practice since 1979 providing personalized, friendly, and unhurried eye care. He takes time to listen to the patient, explain tests and their results, and answers all your questions.
